Fantasy Studs on the Cincinnati Bengals

Overview

Fantasy football is one of the most popular sports in the United States. Every year, tens of millions of players try and pick the most prolific players for their teams. One of the best NFL teams for picking fantasy football players is the Cincinnati Bengals. There are many players that are available on offense for people to select from this team. However, you must have a clear strategy for determining the success of your roster. There are many people that select running backs and wide receivers in the early rounds, and wait until later rounds to select quarterbacks.

Andy Dalton

Andy Dalton played his college football at TCU. Always a winner, Andy Dalton is a good steady quarterback for any fantasy team. If you are following the strategy of picking up running backs and wide receivers in the early rounds, Andy Dalton is a very solid pickup in the later rounds. Not only is he a good passer, but he also is decent with his feet. Getting a couple of rushing touchdowns every year out of a quarterback can pay huge dividends. Finally, Andy Dalton is a good game manager that does not throw a lot of interceptions.

A.J. Green

A.J. Green is one of the best wide receivers in the league. With great speed and toughness, there are few receivers that have put up as many receiving yards as he has over the past couple of years. A.J. Green is a great early round fantasy pick because he is one of the most consistent wide receivers in the league. Understanding supply and demand, wide receivers that can consistently outperform the competition are rare to find and important to any team. If you are looking to pick a wide receiver early in the draft, A.J. Green is a great way to go.

Jeremy Hill

At the running back position, Jeremy Hill is a great option. Coming out of LSU, Jeremy Hill has always had a nose for the end zone. Hill had a great rookie season and is looking to build off of his success in the past. He will probably have to split some carries with Bernard, but this can help manage his wear and tear as well.

Bengals Defense/ST

The Bengals defense is middle of the pack in the NFL. Although they are good at forcing turnovers, they also give up a lot of points. They probably should not be one of the first ten or so defenses picked. However, if your strategy is to not pick a defense until the final round, the Bengals could be a nice option here. At the end of the day, a defense that gets you consistent points every week can mean the difference in winning and losing a couple of games.
